dAVE LLOYD RESTORATION

This is no doubt one of the wackier restorations we’ve done. The frame came in pretty beat up and the customer really wanted us to recreate the paint on this British handmade frame.

Pearl white and candy blue fades cover the top and down tube while a punch of Red sets off the front end. The chrome, over-all, was in reasonable shape but we come up with some creative masking for the areas that we determined to be too far gone to save. In these cases we media blast to remove the rust then prime and paint along with the rest of the frame.

The customer was pretty excited to see his old friend back in business for many more years.
