Head badge Pricing
GENERAL INFO
VéloColour can make head badges using Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Nickel, Silver
Head badges are available in the following finishes - High Polish, Brushed, Sand blasted, (or a combination of any of the three)
Quantities of 1 to 3 head badges are done by hand. Small production runs require a minimum of 10 pieces
Head badges can be mounted by Screw, Rivet or Adhesive
All head badges are bent to fit your bicycle’s head tube diameter. If your bike’s head tube is tapered, it is ideal if we have the bike in hand
Any colours available are available on VéloColour custom head badges. All colour areas need to be closed (or like a stencil). See photos below for examples.

Finish can be either high polish or brushed
Limitations
Everything has to be attached (like a stencil), which can sometimes be tricky, especially for lettering
Adhesive mounting isn’t ideal unless there are large surfaces left uncut

Production Runs $15-$30 (depending on quantity) + initial setup fees $100-$200
