Returns

Although we think our products are the best, sometimes there are circumstances that a return is necessary. You know that time your aunt gave you one of our Rocket Pockets for you birthday, not knowing you already own three, one for each of your bikes.

Our fine-print return policy:

• Return must happen within 2 weeks of in-store purchase (4 weeks between Dec 1st -31st).

• For online purchases please get in touch via email within two weeks of receiving the order.

• After we have receive the return a full refund (minus the shipping) will be refunded via Paypal.

• All products must be in new condition and in original packaging where applicable.

Exchanges

Did you receive a jersey and you are slimmer than you thought and need a smaller size? or you want to pack more into your Rocket Pocket and need to upgrade to the Turbo Pocket? If you find yourself in one or these or a similar situation pop us an email and we’d be happy to sort it out. Even better, sell it to you best friend who is a little bit bigger or packs less tools and order up another from us.
