Routes to Black Creek Drive -Active TO

This Saturday - July 17th - Active TO is coming to Ward 5’s Black Creek Drive.

Getting as many people out as possible is the goal because we love seeing bikes filling up the streets. Let’s enjoy taking back outdoor spaces and show the-powers-that-be that York South Weston wants active transportation infrastructure!

We’re excited to see the roads opening up to bicycles in our neighborhood and we want to help you get there. We put together a handful of routes so you can cycle from all over the city and turn Black Creek into a bicycle party. Check them out below and get in touch if you’ve got any questions.

If you’re passing through the ward on Saturday be sure to pop by VéloColour and say hey. We are open from 11-5 at 191 Weston Rd. That last map is a route starting and finishing at VéloColour so if you are driving in from the far ends of the city and need a place to park we’ve got room!

Just to note - with all the routes there are some section that may go onto busy road ways so let’s be safe out there. Looking forward to seeing you out this weekend!
